We provide a service to build commissioned built items providing the labor as a service. Any item(s) listed or spoke of ,represents an item you can request as a build for your personal collection and is intended as “Art work” and not for resale. By hiring us we provide a service to build your prop, set or garments that you choose or design or refer to. No intent is made to infringe upon any and all copyrights. All our works are tributes to characters. We do not indorse any use of our commissioned builds to any one individual or company. We also reserve artists rights unless otherwise agreed upon.
When you commissioned us to make a helmet and/or costumes meaning you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions in this note. Even if you did not read and didn’t know, by commissioning us, We will assume that you have read and agree.
MEASUREMENTS CHART for Helmet/Costume Set orders will be sent after we received your order and payment.
1. By Commisioning us to make your Helmet/Costumes/Props, you AGREE to wait while your items are being made, based on the estimation time we give for each Items. Sometimes delays can happen because all of our items are HANDMADE, and NOT FABRICATED or MASS PRODUCT
2. There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS/EXCHANGES. We will replace damaged parts if you can provide evidence (Photos). BUT THERE ARE STRICTLY NO REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS if you cannot wear the Helmet.
3. Although shipping is using the Fastest methods available from DHL Express (2-3 days Worldwide) we need to make sure all items is without flaws, and therefore we need to check each items manually before shipping and packing. And also there are shipping Queue, because we ship all of our packages in batches to get the best shipping rates from DHL. Tracking numbers will be updated, ONCE it has been PICKED UP by DHL for shipping.
4. Because these are HANDMADE items, there might be some imperfections, but it will not affect the look and quality of the Items you commisioned.
5. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE and WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE if delay happened with your order and you miss your Events/Cons or any other losses/damages that is caused by the delay.
6. Customer must agree to give us his/her latest measurements as instructed by our measurements chart and guides. If customer cannot wear the costumes because of wrong measurements caused by the customer, we will not be held responsible. However we will make replacements should it is caused by us.
7. We can only ship your order if it has been paid in full. No Exceptions. And if you paid in installments, you have 1 month to pay the balance since the date we show you your completed orders or we will assume that you are no longer interested in the item and will sell it to others.
8. NO RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS
We will replace damaged goods during shipment, or by our mistake, if enough proof and will replace any wrong measurements if that is our fault.
